The second edition of The Superyacht Show took place for four days from 8 May at the OneOcean Port Vell in Barcelona, Spain. Organised by the Large Yacht Brokers Association (LYBRA), it stands out from other shows due to its client-centric approach. Moving away from the B2B elements of more traditional boat shows, the consumer-facing event offered buyers and charterers, as well as their brokers and representatives, the opportunity to step on board some of the finest superyachts in the world.

5th Mare Forum Yachts 2028
Alex Chumillas managing director of Tax Marine Spain was invited to another edition of the Superyacht Europe organized by Mare Forum International and supported by the Cayman Registry The Superyacht Europe 2018 was held at the Salon de Bellevue at Cafe de Paris in Monaco, on Friday 28 September in a symposium - cocktail format. In this symposium-cocktail took place a transfer of knowledge, exchange of thoughts and ideas accompanied with good wine. The event was mainly attended by yacht owners, yacht builders, and executives from the yacht, shipping and maritime industries, lawyers, flag and port states representatives, brokerage companies, key investors in yachting, bankers, consultants and entrepreneurs, classification societies, marine and yachting equipment manufacturers, financial institutions, regulators, politicians and the media.

LYBRA Barcelona 2018
The Superyacht Show is organized by the LYBRA (Large Yacht Brokers Association) and aims to offer both potential superyacht buyers and charterers the chance to step aboard some of the world’s leading yachts in an exclusive and private setting. Running from 2 to 5 May, , the event is be the only yacht show in Europe that focuses exclusively on serving consumers and was held in a private marina in OneOcean Port Vell, Barcelona. Barcelona MYBA 2018
Tax Marine Spain was present and exhibited with our own stand in the 2018 edition of the show. We were delighted to welcome to our home town all the industry professionals of the yacht chartering. The MYBA Charter Show returned to the OneOcean Port Vell, Barcelona, for a second year in a row when it celebrated its 30th anniversary edition in April 2018. A trade-only event, the MYBA Charter Show is dedicated to charter professionals and superyachts and, three decades since its launch, is one of the most important dates on the industry’s calendar. The 2018 edition ran from 23rd to 26th April, coinciding with the start of the Mediterranean charter season.

Palm Beach International Boat Show 2018
The 33rd Annual Palm Beach International Boat Show, took place on March 22-25, 2018. It is one of the top five boat shows in the United States - featuring more than $1.2 billion worth of boats, yachts and accessories from the world's leading marine manufacturers. It is truly an International Show. Alex Chumillas director of Tax Marine Spain attended the show and had the chance to expand and strength business relationships with many US based professionals. It was a pleasure to experience the warmness and friendliness of US organizers and exhibitors.

Palm Beach International Boat Show
The Palm Beach International Boat Show (PBIBS) held from March 19-23, 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida, was a major event in the marine industry, attracting over 55,000 attendees. This year marked its 43rd edition and featured over 1,000 boats, including 200+ superyachts. Highlights included the display of Attessa IV, the largest yacht at the event, and the Bravado, a 147-foot yacht known for its luxury and design.
